Visiting the website

The pages are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, your browser sends technically necessary data to their servers, including your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. A website cannot be delivered without that transfer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning site under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Vercel processes the data on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not analyse the logs on a personal level, and the provider deletes them automatically after a short time.

Vercel is based in the USA, so a transfer to a third country takes place. It is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR, which form part of the data processing agreement. You can request a copy at mebaheart@marketer-ux.com.

Cookies

We set exactly one cookie: mh-lang. It records whether you chose the German or the English version so the language hint does not ask you again on every visit. It expires after one year and contains no identifier that could single out a person. The cookie is strictly necessary within the meaning of § 25 (2) TDDG, so no consent is required. You can delete it in your browser at any time.

There are no tracking cookies, advertising pixels, Google Fonts, embedded maps or videos from third party servers on this website. Fonts and videos are served from our own site.

Launch list and retail enquiry

The two forms let you join the launch list or send a partner enquiry. We process the details you enter yourself, which depending on the form means your e-mail address, name, company and your message.

For the launch list the legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You give it with the checkbox below the form and can withdraw it at any time without any formality, a message to mebaheart@marketer-ux.com is enough. Withdrawal applies going forward, processing up to that point remains lawful.

For the retail enquiry the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, so we process the details in order to enter into a business relationship.

Technically a function on our own server receives your entries and sends them to us as an e-mail. We do not build a database. For delivery we use Resend, Inc., USA, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. This means a transfer to the USA takes place, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. You can request a copy. The transfer is encrypted on every leg, from your browser to the server and on to the sending service over HTTPS, and from the sending service to our mailbox over STARTTLS.

Our mailbox runs on Google Workspace, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google processes the messages on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Where data reaches the USA in the process, the transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. You can request a copy.

We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligation stands in the way. Launch list sign-ups are deleted at the latest when you withdraw or when it is clear that no launch notification will be sent any more.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us directly, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete this data as soon as the matter is closed.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Please write to mebaheart@marketer-ux.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestr. 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
